Kenneth contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. They had previously had a vapor barrier installed, but the vapor barrier that had been installed less then 5 years need to be replaced as there was rips and tears in the liner and did protect the area against moisture. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met Kenneth to go over the best solution to fix the crawl space of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System get rid of the dirt crawl space by isolating the area from the ground. By doing so we are able to control the humidity and moisture level in the home. Kenneth is happy with the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and the work that they did to fix the high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home.
