Settling Home

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was contacted by Daniel M. to fix his home due to the sagging floors. Patrick Hannigan went out to do a free inspection and suggested our smart jack system. Anthony Futrell an his crew went out and installed the smart jacks and supplemental beam to repair the sagging floors so that Daniel M. would no longer have to worry about the floors in his home.

CleanSpace and Waterguard in Bath, NC

Mr. Bobby of Bath contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned because his basement and Crawlspace had standing water and high moisture problems with his home. Mr. Bobby's home was close to a creek which contributed to the high moisture levels in the home.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair send Mr. Randy Johnson to assist with Mr. Bobby's home. Randy suggested that we do a cleanspace system in the crawl space of the home along with our waterguard in the basement portion of the home. Now Mr. Bobby is happy to have a nice dry home.

Revamped Crawl Space in Aurora, NC

Kenneth contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. They had previously had a vapor barrier installed, but the vapor barrier that had been installed less then 5 years need to be replaced as there was rips and tears in the liner and did protect the area against moisture. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met Kenneth to go over the best solution to fix the crawl space of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System get rid of the dirt crawl space by isolating the area from the ground. By doing so we are able to control the humidity and moisture level in the home. Kenneth is happy with the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and the work that they did to fix the high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home.
