Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed for the home owner smart jacks and supplemental beam to resolve the flooring issues. Also installed was a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system to keep moisture and humidity low under the home. Home owner is very pleased with the work and looks forward to not having to worry about a drooping floor any longer.

Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Byrd and completed a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and advised had standing water and high moisture readings. Our cleanspace crew headed by Mr. Ricky Warren installed a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including wrapping piers, drainage matting, sealing air vents, custom door, sani dry dehumidifier and ez flow around the perimeter of the crawlspace with sump pump. Mr. Myrd was very happy with our system and impressed with our crewman and how hard they worked.
