Home owner called and stated that during heavy rains he gets a lot of water in the crawlspace. Our inspector Mr. Patrick Hannigan went and inspected the home. Patrick told the home owner our CleanSpace system was the way to go to fix this issue. Our CleanSpace crew went out and installed the system and the customer was very happy with the work that was done.

Home owner called said that their floors where sagging. Our inspector Patrick Hannigan went out there and saw that they had rotted wood under the home also the home had settled. Patrick recommended the home owner have the rotted wood replaced and get some smart jacks to raise the house up where it had settled. He also reccommeded them getting our clean space system to keep water and moisture out so the problem would not occur again. Mr. George Herring and his crew went out and installed the job. The customer was very pleased with the work.

Home owner called and said they needed old insulation pulled and they had excess moisture in the crawlspace. Our inspector Patrick Hannigan went out and told the lady to fix her issues we could install a Clean Space system and remove the old insulation. Our crew went out and installed the system and her moisture problem was resolved.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was contacted by Cynthia W. because she had moisture and mold in her crawlspace. As our inspector arrived to complete the free estimate he realized there was already a vapor barrier under the home but no dehumidifier. One of our crews went out and sprayed moldx under the home to treat all the mold and installed a sani dry dehumidifier to control the moisture issues. 

Thomas D. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he noticed a sagging issue in his floors, the doors were sticking and he had a beam that was rotten. We sent out an inspector for a free estimate to gather information and photos. After sending the information and photos to our engineers one of our crews went out and installed smart jacks and supplemental beam to support the flooring system in the home. Thomas D. was happy that the doors would finally close properly and the floors were no longer sagging.
