The crawl space in David's home was a wet, dirty mess when he contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. The crawl space had standing water, falling insulation and a musky smell radiating from the crawl space and into the home. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with David to find the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home in Currie, NC. Justin found that David's issues was water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground and the best solution to fix the crawl space would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulaiton System.
