Ray and Marilyn contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the floors of their 1930's home had unlevel floors and she wanted the best solution to fix the floors in her home in Delco, NC. Typical of older home the piers of the home had settled and the floors that become unlevel due to not having the proper support to hold the floors level. We were able to help Ray and Marilyn by installing the SmartJack Stablization System. The SmartJack System is a high- capacity, fully- adjustable steel pier that is designed to stop settling and raise the floors back to the proper level.
