Mrs. Melinda is a existing customer of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. We previously went out to her home and encapsulated her crawlspace to prevent moisture issues in her home.
Then she started have some issues with her floors squeaking, not stable and weak in some spots and she gave us a call here at Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and we scheduled her an appointment for Mr. Todd Sutton one of our design specialist to go out and do an inspection of her foundation.
Upon Mr. Todd inspecting her foundation he found that her floors were weak, squeaky and not stable, and after speaking with Mrs. Melinda he proposed Smart Jacks and a steel beam to help with her home repair needs.

Craig and his wift Cindy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after having a termite inspector the inspector was concered about some of the piers under the home. After been recommended to Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair we went out to the home to take a look for Craig and Cindy. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Craig and Cindy to work out the best soultion to fix the crawl space of their home. Chris found that the best soultion to fixing the piers of the home would be to install the SmartJack System. The SmartJack System is a supplemental column support system where existing solumn and pier foundation had settled. Craig and Cindy are happy with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix this home in Ellerbe, NC.
