In order to get rid of the high levels of moisture and humidity in this customer's crawl space, we installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and encapsulated it with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is highly effective in removing excess moisture from the crawl space, preventing the growth of mold and mildew. Its powerful filtration system also helps to improve air quality by removing dust, allergens, and other contaminants. Additionally, the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier acts as a protective barrier, preventing moisture from seeping into the crawl space and causing further damage.

When a home that was up for sale was having crawl space problems, a real-estate business owner contacted us for assistance. An inspection and estimate for crawl space repair were scheduled with Travis to provide a custom solution that would solve the problem.

Travis discovered the crawl space had been previously encapsulated, but the materials were rotting and damp, a vapor barrier had ripped, and the ceiling insulation fell to the ground. Aside from the visible damage, moisture also caused the floors to sag above the crawl space. To solve the problem, our crew safely removed and disposed of wet debris. They sealed the vents and rim joists, sprayed a mold treatment throughout the space, insulated the walls and floor, installed a vapor barrier system throughout the crawl space, and installed a durable and rot resistant crawl space door. A crawl space support beam and support jacks were installed to stabilize and level the floor above. To ensure a healthy air quality, a crawl space dehumidification system was also installed. 

William had water entering into his crawl space after a heavy rain. He wanted this problem resolved before it became a larger issue. Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair came in and offered William a solution to this problem, a Cleanspace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.  

The major components of Williams Encapsulation System included the installation of SmartSump, sump pump system, and the CleanSpace liner. There is no doubt that William can enjoy a dry, healthy crawlspace.

Mr. Richard contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

Mr. Derek found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System and fill the void, stabilize the porch and raise it back.

After speaking with Mr. James and showing him what was found during the inspection, Mr. Patrick proposed Mold X Remediation for the mold issue, CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the bouncy floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Mrs. G called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for an inspector to come out and take a look at her home as she had a crack in her foundation at one corner of her house. 

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair sent Mr. Patrick Hannigan to Mrs. G home. Mr. Hannigan Recommended that Mrs. G have the Push Pier system installed to fix her foundation issues. While Mr. Hannigan was at the home and explained the benefits of our Clean Space System. Mrs. G was pleasantly surprised about the wide array of services that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair offers. The Wise Family contacted our office with concerns of making their home more energy efficient by encapsulating their crawlspace. Inspector Graham Moore provided a full crawlspace inspection and did advise home owners that high humidity readings were taken in the crawlspace and also some fiberglass insulation had started to fall from the moisture issues. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed for the Wise Family a full 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including liner, drain matting, wrapping piers, sealing all vents, silver glo insulation, sani dry dehumidifier, and sump pump for drainage. Customer is very happy with the results and cannot wait to see the difference in energy savings! 

Jeffrey B. contact Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair because he was concerned about he standing water in his crawlspace. Upon our inspection Graham Moore suggested our cleanspace encapsulation system. Ricky Warren and his crew went out and installed the cleanspace encapsulation system and put insulation the rim joist. Jeffrey B. is very pleased to know he no longer has a water issue under his home and his crawlspace is protected from mold and mildew. 

Ms. Jackson contacted our office concerned with floor issues. Upon inspection we advised that the flooring issue was stemming from pier settlement under the home and a rotten beam. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed smart jacks along with a supplemental beam for extra floor support. Home owner is very happy with the results and loves to be able to walk across the floor with no sagging issues any longer. 

The Pollard Family contacted our office with concerns of unlevel floors and popping sounds. Upon our inspection we advised of pier settlement and also broken floor joists in the crawlspace . Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 7 smart jacks and replaced the broken floor joists under the home. Home owner are happy with the results and are glad they called to have an inspection.

The Kennard Family contacted our officeconcerned with water in the crawlspace of their home.  Upon our inspection they did already have in place a vapor barrier, but did not have any type of drainage system to pump water out. We advised the EZ Flow system with a sump pump to keep water out. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed the EZ Flow system with sump pump and exterior drain to prevent future water issues. The Kenards were very happy with the results and have not had any issues with water since install. 

Ms. Schrecker noticed outer brick wall on her home had a crack that ran from eaves of home down toward the foundation. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 4 push piers to the foundation wall of the home. Cracks that were once unsightly were not barely visible. She was very happy with the results and praised our hard working crew on the outcome. 

The Toney Home in Fayetteville NC presented exterior foundation wall cracks at the rear of the home. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 5 push piers to the rear foundation wall to stabilize foundation settlement. Cracks were no longer visible after installation. Home owner was very happy with the results and no longer had to be bother with looking at unsightly foundation settlement while working in the yard.
