The Clark Family contacted us with concerns of crown molding coming away from the ceiling and also unlvel floor in part of the home. Upon inspection we advised that they were dealing with pier settlement under the home. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 4 smart jacks under the flooring system in the crawlspace in the problem area. The floor along with the crown molding was lifted back up into place like there was never a problem. Home owners were very happy with the results.

Andy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to sagging floors in bedrooms of his home in Four Oaks, NC. The floor joist of the home had rotted due to high moisture levels in the crawl space. We were able to fix the sagging floors of the home by installing the SmartJack Stabilization System. We install the SmartJack System to stabilize the floors of the home and lifting the floors back to their original position. Andy is thrilled with the work done by SEFR and that we were able to fix the floors of his home.

The major components on Brian’s Crawlspace Encapsulation included the installation of our 20mil Cleanspace liner, Silverglo insulation, a SmartSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The SmartSump sump pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a crawlspace collects during a heavy rain.

Brian was very happy with his Crawlspace Encapsulation System and having no issues with water coming into his crawlspace. It is now dry and will stay dry for many years to come.
