June contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair back in March 2017. Here mother had passed away and she was in the process of getting the home on the market. The garage of the home would flood anytime it rained and June knew that she would not be able to sell the home in the current condition, especially the garage. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with June to discuses the best option to keep the rain our of the garage of the home. Our crew, led by Cornelius Lamb, installed our Trench Drain System along with a SuperSump, UltaSump III and a battery back up. June is happy to have the garage of the home fixed of the rain water entering the garage of the home.

Our team repaired a customer's cracked and uneven concrete walkway using the Polylevel and NexusPro system. First, we injected Polylevel beneath the concrete slabs to lift and level them. This process involves drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting a high-density polyurethane foam that expands to fill voids and raise the slabs to the desired level. Once the concrete was leveled, we applied NexusPro, a durable and flexible sealant, to fill and seal the cracks. This ensures a long-lasting, smooth, and safe walkway surface.

Patrick Hanningan went out for a free inspection and took pictures and gathered information of our engineers. Once we heard from our engineers one of our crew wen out and installed smart jacks and supplemental beam to support the floor where the water damage was. Cheryl E. is happy to know her flooring system is safe.
