The Vitte Family contacted our office with concerns of moisture in the crawlspace and the need for a dehumidifier. Inspector Randy Johnson met with the home owners and advised of high moisture and standing water in the crawlspace. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed for the Vitte's a full 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including liner, drainage matting, custom crawlspace door, sealing vents, silverglo, wrapping piers, sani dry dehumidifier and smart sump to keep water out. The Vitte's are very pleased with their installation and look forward to it servicing them for years to come. 

Mr. Morrison contacted our office with water intrusion into his basement. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Morrison and advised that our basement WaterGuard system with sump pump would help to keep water out of the basement. Mr Ricky Warren and his basement waterproofing crew installed for the home owner the WaterGuard basement system along with a triple safe sump pump to keep water out of the basement. Mr. Morrison is very pleased with the repairs and looks forward to a dry basement for years to come. 

Mr. Smith contacted our office with concerns of  moisture in his crawlspace. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Smith to perform a full crawlspace inspection. He advised the home owner that he was having high moisture and humidity issues in the crawlspace. Other concerns found were mold and rotten wood under the home. Mr. Ricky Warren and his CleanSpace crew installed for the home owner a full 20 mil CleanSpace vapor barrier system including liner, SilverGlo insulation, sealing all air vents, power beam, floor joist repairs and also a dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Mr. Smith is happy with the results and very pleased with our staff. 

Ms. Roberts contacted our office with concerns that the addition built on to her home was settling with concerning interior cracks. Inspector Patrick Hannigan completed a full foundation and crawlspace inspection of her home and advised her that the addition that was built was not supported correctly underneath. He advised that our smart jack system would fully support the addition and solve the cracking issues. Mr. George Herring and his foundation repair crew installed smart jacks in the crawlspace under the addition also including a supplemental beam that was not originally installed. Ms. Roberts is happy with the results and glad that the foundation of the addition could be saved. 

Mr. Leonard contacted our office with concerns of flooring issues on the inside of home. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Leonard to do a complete foundation and crawlspace inspection. Mr. Hannigan advised home owner that the flooring issues were stemming from standing water in the crawlspace. Mr. George Herring and his crawlspace crew installed for Mr. Leonard smart jacks and steel beam to support floor in the problem area. To help prevent water in the crawlspace the crew also installed EZ Flow and a smart sump to help pump water out of the crawlspace. Mr. Leonard is happy with the results and glad that he contact our office for an inspection.

Jeff's home in Greenville, NC had a still water smell on the first floor of his home when he contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. Due to the smell he crawl under the home into his crawl space and found puddles of standing water from which the smell was radiating from. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Jeff to find out where this troubles were coming from. Chris found that the door to the crawl space was allowing water in and that the best solution to fix Jeff's problem would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we would be able to get rid of the standing water and the smells that was interfering with Jeff and his family life. Our crew lead by Jason Hines first removed all of debris along with the falling insulation from the crawl space, next they leveled out the ground so that the CleanSpace Drainage Matting System could be laid down to work as a channel from any water from the earth's ground, next they installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the wall that works as an R11 radiant barrier, then installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation Liner. After installing the liner, the crew installed a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier System to get rid of any moisture that was in the wood of the home and lowers the relative humidity under 55%, and a SmartSump Sump Pump System to pump out any water from the crawl space of the home. Jeff is thrilled that his home no longer smells of stall water and that his family is now confident that they will not be affect by mold and mildew that thrives in a wet crawl space.

George contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed exterior cracks around the garage area of his mother's home in Grifton, NC.  Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with George to go over the home to find out why the home was experiencing cracks. Ben found that the cracks on the exterior of the home was coming from the garage settling and that the best solution would be to install 2 Push Piers to stabilize the foundation and possibly lift and press the cracks back together. The Push Pier System utilize high- strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift sinking and settling foundation. The foundation bracket is secured against the existing footing and pier sections are driven hydraulically through the foundation bracket and into the soil below using the combined structural weight and any contributory soil load as resistance. Pier sections are continuously driven until a suitable load bearing stratum is encountered. George is thrilled to know that his mother's home is not stabilized and without worry about future problems.

Oscar contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home in Farmville, NC. Oscar stated that he had recently had work done under the home and they recommended looking into having a vapor barrier installed with a dehumidifier system

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Oscar to go over the crawl space of his home. RJ found that Oscar's problems where coming the the vapor barrier entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. RJ recommended installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry Sedona and a custom made door.
