During a free crawl space repair estimate appointment with Justin S., the inspector discovered high moisture levels, mold growth, and water damage throughout the space.
In order to achieve an effective crawl space repair solution, our crawl space repair crew removed and disposed of all water and mold damaged debris. They also sealed the crawl space joists and any cracks that could allow outside elements to enter. The walls, joists, and piers were treated with mold spray and insulated with SilverGlo wall insulation. CleanSpace vapor barrier was fastened to the crawl space walls and floor for full encapsulation.
