Alfredo and Samantha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because they had a lingering musky smell in the restaurant in Clinton, NC. Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space was damp with a musty smell coming from the area along with falling insulation littering the floor of the crawl space. He knew that he needed to have the area looked at and a solution to fix the issued quoted to protect his home from moisture damage.

Harris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair wanting the old insulation in his attic removed and replaced with more effective attic insulation. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek met with Harris to go over the attic and found that the cellulose insulation that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair uses would be a great fit for Harris's attic.
Cellulose insulation has a higher R-4 per inch value then traditional fiberglass batting, it is also a safe and fast way to insulate the crawl space while being environmentally friendly.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was contact by Paul M. about a flooring issue he was seeing in a church. We had our inspector go out and do a free estimate and soon after we had our crews out the install smart jacks and supplemental beams to level out the floor and keep them from further settlement. Paul M. does not have to worry about the sagging floors anymore.
Home owner called stating they had moisture issues in the crawlspace. We sent our inspector Graham Moore out and he told them that they needed an encapsulation. One of our crews went out and installed the cleanspace. The customer was very happy with the work done.
Customer called saying they had a warehouse that a corner of the slab foundation had settled causing the wall to lean. Our owner Chris Hunter went out and looked at it and recommended Poly level, push piers, and wall anchors to fix the warehouse. There was two crews working to fix this warehouse it was the crew ran by Anthony Futrell and also George Herrings crew. The slab was back raised up and the wall was back in its place when they where done. The owner was very pleased with the work.
Mr. Peterson contacted our office with flooring concerns on the inside of his home. Floors were unlevel and some made a squeaking noise when stepped on. Mr. Chris Hunter met with Mr. Peterson and completed a full crawlspace inspection. He advised the home owner that some floor joists under the home were not supported correctly. Mr. Larry Eldrige and his foundation repair crew installed smart jacks in the problem area to lift up the settled floor and to provide extra support. Mr. Peterson is very pleased with the results and thanked us for all of our hard work.
Mr. Barker contacted our office with concerns of moisture in his crawlspace. Our owner Mr. Chris Hunter met with Mr. Barker and completed a crawlspace inspection. He advised of high moisture and water issues in the crawlspace. Our Cleanspace Crew ran by Mr. Ricky Warren installed for the home owner a complete crawlspace system including 20 mil liner, crawlspace door, sealing all air vents, removing all old insulation, silverglo insulation and sani dry dehumidifier. Mr. Barker is very happy with the cleanspace installation and promised to refer us to his friends in the future.
Mr. Herring contacted our office with concerns of flooring issues on the inside of his home. Mr. Chris Hunter completed a full crawlspace inspection for the home owner. His inspection revealed pier settlement under the home and beams that were no longer supported correctly. Mr. Larry Eldridge and his foundation crew installed smart jacks with a supplemental beam in the problem area under the home. Mr. Herring was absolutely impressed with the smart jack system and our installers. Very pleased .
Mr. and Mrs. D contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerning the 3 to 4 inches of water that was standing in their crawl space.
Southeast Foundaiton & Crawl Space Repair's Inspector Randy Johnson met with Mr. and Mrs. D about their crawl space. Mrs. Johnson recommended our CleanSpace encapsulation system along with wood replacement.

Jamey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after inheriting a home from her family. The home had a small basement that would often flood and she wanted to know the best option to waterproof the basement so that she could use it as additional storage. The home was built in 1931. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Jamey to go over the basement of the home. Chris found that the basement would benefit from having the WaterGuard System installed. The basement of the home was in taking of water was coming from the where the walls and foundation met. Our crew lead by Anthony Futrell installed the WaterGuard System. They first jack hammered around the perimeter of the basement, fitted the perimeter with the WaterGuard System and ran it to the SuperSump Sump Pump System and then covered the top of the WaterGuard pipe with concrete. After searching the internet for a trusted crawl space repair professional, a Godwin, NC homeowner contacted our office and scheduled a free assessment and estimate. One of our crawl space repair specialists discovered that water had entered the crawl space through the ground and walls. We provided the homeowner with a permanent solution once the inspection was complete.
To fix the problem, damp, soggy, and moldy ceiling insulation and other debris were removed.
