Brian was having moisture problems in his crawl space and was concerned about the water build up. After visiting our website, submitting his information and the problems he was having Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair was able to reach out to get this problem resolved.
Our design specialist, Justin, met with Brian and proposed a CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System. The major components on Brian’s Crawlspace Encapsulation included the installation of our 20mil Cleanspace liner, Silverglo insulation, a SmartSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The SmartSump sump pump system is specifically designed to handle the amount of water that a crawlspace collects during a heavy rain.
Brian was very happy with his Crawlspace Encapsulation System and having no issues with water coming into his crawlspace. It is now dry and will stay dry for many years to come.
