Mark contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned that his crawl space was damp and full of water in Erwin, NC
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Mike Varano met with Mark to go over the crawl space to find the best fix to his wet, damp crawl space. Mike found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace System we are able to transform the crawl space from a dirty, damp area to a clean, bright and dry part of the home.
Our crew lead by Pedro Mateo installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, removed the falling insulation and installed SilverGlo Insulation, added a SmartSump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier System and installed a custom built door.
