Oscar contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home in Farmville, NC. Oscar stated that he had recently had work done under the home and they recommended looking into having a vapor barrier installed with a dehumidifier system

RJ found that Oscar's problems where coming the the vapor barrier entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. RJ recommended installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space.
Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry Sedona and a custom made door.
