Mr. and Mrs. S called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space repair because they had been told their house was "settling" and was no longer level. They also stated that there were cracks in some of the corners and the counter tops had a gap between them and the wall.They needed the home fixed so that they could lay down new hardwood floors.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair's inspector Mr. Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. and Mrs. S to go over their problems and the best possible solution to fix their home. Mr. Hannigan suggested to the home owners 2 of our smart jacks to fix their problem. 

Now Mr. and Mrs. S are happy with the job and their now beautiful hardwood floors that they where able to put down. 

Mr. Jeremy C called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about his musky and dirty crawl space. 

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair sent a highly trained inspector to inspect Mr. Jeremy crawl space. Upon further inspection out inspector found that Mr. Jeremy would benefit from having out Clean Space System installed in his crawl space. 

Now Mr. Jeremy is extremely please with the results, it no longer has a dirty and musky crawl space. 

Mrs. C called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair complaining of standing water in her crawl space.

Mrs. Linda S called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she had a crack on her foundation wall that went up for 2-3 feet. At the time she had no inside cracks but she was concerned and wanted someone to come check her home before the problem worsen. 

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair sent one of high trained inspector to met with Mrs. Linda out her issue. Upon further inspection Mrs. Linda need 3 push piers to stabilize her home from any further damage.

Mr. and Mrs. M of Pikeville, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with moisture problems under there home. 

One of Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair instpector met with Mr. and Mrs M to discuss their issues. He recommended out 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, Drainage matting, silverglw around the walls and our dehumidifer to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
