Cleanspace Vapor Barrier with Smart Jacks

Mr. Albers contacted our office with concerns with flooring issues and possible water issues in the crawlspace of his home. Inspector Patrick Hannigan completed a full crawlspace inspection for Mr. Albers. He advised flooring issues were stimming from pier settlement under the home and also water and high moisture in the crawlspace. Ricky Warren and the cleanspace crew installed for Mr. Albers a complete cleanspace vapor barrier system including 20 mil liner, sealing vents, wrapping piers, silver glo insulation, sani dry dehumidifier, smart jacks for flooring issues and a sump pump.
