John contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home in Wade, NC. John had noticed puddles of water seeping out into the lawn from the crawl space and wanted to know the root cause of the problem. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with John to go over the crawl space of the home and find out were the water was coming from in the crawl space of the home. Justin found that one corner of the home had a large puddle of standing water that was causing the water to seep through to the outside of the home. Justin suggested that we level out the area in the crawl space and install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to completely isolate the crawl space of the home from the earths ground, by isolating the area we are able to keep moisture out of the rest of the home.
