Mr. Issac just purchased this 3 story home in October, 2019. There was a musty smell coming from the crawl space. The crawl space had a vapor barrier put in and a dehumidifier hanging right underneath the master bedroom and it is driving them insane. The vents have been sealed, but they have been doing some research and know that it wasn't done properly and would like to have it fixed correctly. Southeast Foundation came in and proposed a solution to fix the issue.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair installed the CleanSpace 10 mil Liner, SilverGlo, Wrapped Piers and put in a Custom Built Door. Each one of these work together to help eliminate the musty smell of the crawl space along with the dehumidifier and sealed vents that Mr. Isaac already had.
