Upon the inspection, Andy met with Morris to go over what he proposed for the mold, wood rot, sagging floors, and moisture issues, Andy found that the best solution to fix their home would be to encapsulate and then replace beams.

Our crew led by Jose H., performed the Mold Remediation and then a full encapsulation with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We then replaced the rotten wood to help with the sagging floors.
