Cleanspace System, EZ Flow and Smart Jacks

The Shearin Family contacted our company with concerns fo water in crawlspace and flooring issues. Upon our inspection we advised of standing water, rotten wood and pier settlement in the crawlspace. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 6 smart jacks and steel beam in the problem area of the floor. To prevent future water issues they installed 20 mil cleanspace vapor barrier with sealing vents, sani dry dehumidifier, ez flow with a sump pump to pump water out during heavy rains. Home owners were very happy that they contcted us for an inspection. They had no clue what was lurking in the crawlspace and how bad it was. Very pleased!

Cleanspace Encapsualtion

Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair received a call from Katherine L. in regards to getting a Cleanspace encapsulation system installed. Graham Moore went out for a free home inspection and supplied a quote for the encapsulation. Soon after Ricky Warren and his crew went out and installed a cleanspace encapsulation.

David B. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had high humidity inside his home. We sent out and inspector for a free inspection who provided the home owner with a free estimate for the repairs. Soon after the inspection one of our crews went out and installed a cleanspace encapsulation system under the home. David B. is happy to say he no longer has high humidity in his home.
