Dana of Goldsboro, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to inquire about our PolyLevel System to raise his front concrete porch of his home. Southeast inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Dana and found that we could indeed fix his home with our PolyLevel System. Our crew, led by George Herring, was able to raise Dana's front porch back to original condition. Dana is now happy to have his beautiful porch back level.

Charles contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair interested in adding a radiant barrier to the attic of his home in Goldsboro, NC.

Peggy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in have someone come look at the crawl space as they had an old plastic liner that was to damaged to help the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Peggy about the best solution for the home. Peggy decided that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was the best value and fit to help her with her home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repairs crew led my Larry Eldridge encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace encapsulation System using drainage matting, 10 mil liner, Silver Glo Insulation, a SaniDry CX, along with a sump pump to help keep the space dry and free of moisture. Peggy is now happy to have a nice dry crawl space.

Mrs. Linda S called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because she had a crack on her foundation wall that went up for 2-3 feet. At the time she had no inside cracks but she was concerned and wanted someone to come check her home before the problem worsen.
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair sent one of high trained inspector to met with Mrs. Linda out her issue. Upon further inspection Mrs. Linda need 3 push piers to stabilize her home from any further damage.

Cheryl E. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she had a broken drain pie with unknown damage to her floor joist. Patrick Hanningan went out for a free inspection and took pictures and gathered information of our engineers. Once we heard from our engineers one of our crew wen out and installed smart jacks and supplemental beam to support the floor where the water damage was. Cheryl E. is happy to know her flooring system is safe.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was contacted by Richard S. because he notices large cracks forming on the outside on his home in his bricks. Patrick Hannigan went out and took pictures and gathered information for our engineers. Once we heard back from the engineers one of our crews went out and installed push piers on the outside of the home. Richard S. is proud to say he no longer has the large cracks on the outside of his home.
Mrs. C called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair complaining of standing water in her crawl space.
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair send one of their highly trained inspectors to take a look and talk to Mrs. C about her crawl space issues.
Southeast Foundaton installed our 10 mil cleanspace liner, silverglow and a dehumidifier in Mrs. C's home. Now Mrs. C no longer has to worry about standing water in her crawl space.
Mr. Jeremy C called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about his musky and dirty crawl space.
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair sent a highly trained inspector to inspect Mr. Jeremy crawl space. Upon further inspection out inspector found that Mr. Jeremy would benefit from having out Clean Space System installed in his crawl space.
Now Mr. Jeremy is extremely please with the results, it no longer has a dirty and musky crawl space.
