Randy Johnson went out for a free inspections and provided the home owner with a quote to fix the doors. Larry Eldridge and his crew went out and installed smart jacks and supplemental beams to fix the cracks and correct the doors so they would close properly. Robert H. was happy with all the repairs made to his home. 

Mr. Sauter contacted our office with concerns of hard wood flooring inside of home squeaking and buckling. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Mr. Sauter to examine the flooring issues. Upon his inspection it was determined that the flooring issue was stemming from high moisture and humidity in the crawlspace of the home making the hardwood flooring inside the home to buckle. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed a 10 mil vapor barrier system including a custom door, sealing all vents, silverglo insulation, wrapping piers, a sani dry dehumidifier, and a smat sump to pump water out from the crawlspace. Mr. Sauter is impressed with our system and our staff. Job Well Done!
