Michael contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair by purchasing a home in Winnabow, NC. The home was 20 years old and never had a vapor barrier installed and had open air flow due to old vents. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves me with Michael to go over the crawl space of the home. Chris found that they home had standing water and high moisture issues and that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the humidity and moisture levels in the crawl space to keep it dry. By keeping it dry the crawl space is no longer prone to mold and mildew growth.
