Challenge

Malcolm M. of Rockingham, NC noticed the floors in his home were not level and he had cracks in the walls. He even decided to check his home's crawlspace, and found low spots. He was concerned about his home's stability, so he searched the web and found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. He called to get our expert opinion. Carl is the System Design Specialist that went out to Malcolm's home to perform a complimentary inspection. 

After the inspection, Carl was able to show Malcolm exactly what the issue was. The home's stability was definitely at risk. The cracks in the walls and unlevel floors were caused from his foundation settling.
