Challenge
This project deals with a nursing home’s pump house. Because of the terrain that the pump house was built on it settled to the point that the pump and the pipes leading into the home where in danger of being damaged which would cost the home money for not just to fix the pump house but everything inside of it. The owner had a general contractor come in and install extra footing under this pump house, which was just a temporary fix in the eyes of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. The pump house only took only six months to settle again.
Solution
The owners researched the internet for a company that could solve their foundation problem and saw Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair; we educated them in the latest technology for repairing foundation called PolyLevel. After applying PolyLevel under their pump house foundation the problem was repaired in a matter of a few hours.
