Transferable Warranty
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System has a 25 year transferable warranty, so it wont be a problem if you ever sale the home with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed.
SaniDry CX and SmartSump
With our Encapsulation System we install a SaniDry Dehumidifier and one of our Sump Pump Systems. The one in this crawl space is a SmartSump which collects any water that enters the crawl space and discharges it outside of the home. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier filters any moisture out of the air of the crawl space and removes it though the SmartSump System of the home.
Vapor and Waterproof Liner
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System uses our highly praised liner that is vapor and waterproof to seal the crawl space off from the bare earth to ensure no water or vapor can enter the crawl space of the home.
Installing CleanSpace in tight areas
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System uses the best products on the market for the most reliable system to be installed. Our CleanSpace Tape allows the CleanSpace System to be installed around protruding objects, up crawl space piers or up and around any area of the crawl space that needs to be covered without a hassle.
CleanSpace Liner overs more then just the Floor of the Crawl Space
Our CleanSpace Liner has the ability to be cut and formed to any area of the crawl space that needs to be covered. With our CleanSpace Liner tape the liner is cut and sealed to the parts of the home that do no lay flat such as the crawl space piers. This ensure a nice sealed off crawl space.
