Gerald and Kathleen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the floor of the home pulling away from the walls. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Gerald and Kathleen and found that the floors where starting to sink due to water penetrating the wood floors of the home. Our crew led by Jason Hines installed out CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to dry out the wood and take the water out of the wood.

Drier Air

With the SaniDry CX we able to dry the air of the home, getting rid of water within the wood of the crawl space.

Stopping Water Vapor

The CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner stops water vapor from flowing up from the soil, stops water vapor from flowing though the crawl space walls, and allows water to drain from the walls to where to sump pump is located.
