Challenge

Shirley B. of Burgaw noticed the floors in her home were sagging and noticed damage on the subfloors of her home. She was concerned about possibly havinbg foundation issues, so she searched the web and found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. She called to get our expert opinion. Carl is the System Design Specialist that went out to Shirley's home to perform a complimentary inspection. 

After the inspection, Carl was able to show Shirley exactly what the issue was. 

Her home needed to be stabilized. The relative humidity was 65.74%, which is a huge indicator that mold is more than likely present. The wood beams under the home was indeed cracked, in multiple places.
