Challenge

Daniel M. of Robbins noticed his crawl space had moisture in it. After searching the web, he found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and called to get an expert opinion. We sent one of our expert System Design Specialists to his home for a free inspection. 

Upon checking the crawl space, our System Design Specialist, Larry, was able to show Daniel exactly where that moisture was originating from along with a few other issues. The wood moisture content was way too high, which allowed mold spores to grow and spread throughout majority of the wood beams under his house. Also, Daniel already had pre-existing plastic laid in his crawl space. As we can see, that plastic layer did not protect his crawl space very well.
