Installing a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation

Challenge

Lynn called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about her mother's home in Fayetteville, NC. The home had sustained a supranational amount of water around the home during Hurricane Matthew and Lynn was worried about the effects that it could have to the home if water got into the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair met with Lynn and her mother to go over the crawl space of the home. We found that the crawl space of the home did sustain water in the crawl space during the hurricane to the point that their was falling insulation, water lines visible on the cement walls and debris in the crawl space. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry CX and installed a Custom Built Door. Lynn and her mother or thrilled with the outcome of the CleanSpace Encapsulation Install.
