Moisture Elimination
Our SaniDry Sedona was installed to eliminate moisture and musty odors and maintain a healthy humidity level. The system will work continuously to keep this customers crawl space dry and comfortable. It also helps to reduce the risk of mold growth and pests!
Sealing the Crawl Space
To seal the crawl space off from outside moisture issues and pests, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened to the crawl space floor and around support columns.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
CleanSpace has the primary function of blocking water vapor from passing through the crawl space walls and stopping moisture from the dirt floor to seep into the space. This 20-mil, heavy-duty thick liner was designed with an antimicrobial additive built right into it, preventing mold growth.
New Door
We replaced the access door with our EverLast Door. This durable solution creates an airtight seal and is completely waterproof.
Drainage Matting & Insulation
Drainage Matting prevent water from being trapped underneath the liner, ensure proper drainage. SilverGlo Insulation provides a high R-value and is moisture-resistant. Its "SilverGlo" coating minimizes heat loss and keeps the space cool during warmer months.
High Humidity
This crawl space had a humidity level of 70.3% This is considered too high and bad. It led to mold growth, wood rot, and insulation damage! Ideally, a crawl space humidity level should never exceed 45-55%
Moisture Damage
Falling insulation is a solid indication the humidity level in your crawl space are too high. Moisture in the air attaches to fiberglass insulation. When it becomes to heavy, it will eventually fall.
Rusted Crawl Space Door
As you can see in this photo, the metal crawl space door is rusty and corroded due to moisture. Not having a tightly sealed crawl space door like our EverLast Crawl Space Door provides, outside elements like moisture, pests, other toxins can enter the space.
