Twisted and Sinking Support Columns

Without a sturdy base in place, these columns sank into the soil. As a result, the floor above began to sag.

Additional Crawl Space Suppot

A steel supplemental beam was installed to provide additional support to the home. It evenly distributes the weight of the structure to ensure the floor remain level.

Crawl Space Vapor Barrier

Installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System in this crawl space will prevent moisture from causing damage to the floor joists.

Why Shims Were Placed

Due to not having a solid support base, the columns sank into the soil. This left a gap at between the support column and support beam. This is only a very temporary fix for a problem that was in need of a permanent solution.
