Settlement Damage
Cracked brick foundation. There are usually a number of different soil layers underneath a house. Foundation settlement can occur when one of these soil layers can't support the weight of the home.
Backfill Pier Site
After the foundation piers are installed and home is permanently stabilized, the crew backfills the pier site for a level grade and clean jobsite!
Pier Installation
These piers extend beneath the foundation, contacting strong supporting soils that will permanently stabilize the structure.
Hydraulically Driving Pier
The pier is driven through a heavy-duty steel bracket until reaching stable soil. The weight of the structure is then transferred onto the piers to potentially achieve lift to close cracks and provide permanent stabilization.
