When building their dream home, this homeowner wanted to be sure moisture didn't stand a chance in their crawl space. They contacted our office to make that happen! Jack contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of standing water in the crawl space of his home in Holly Ridge, NC.
Andy, one of our design specialists, went out and inspected the crawlspace area. Upon his inspection, Andy found that the crawlspace is below grade and has 3 inches of rain throughout the entire area. He proposed that encapsulating the crawlspace would be the best solution.
Our crew led by EJ, first started by removing all insulation and debris, next they sealed the vents and replaced the broken ones on the outside of the home. Then they installed Cleanspace Drainage Matting, 20mil Liner, SiverGlo Insulation, Wrap Piers, and Wrap Wall Piers. Lastly, they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, 2 Super Sump Pumps, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Bonnie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture and possible subfloor issues at her home in Holly Ridge, NC.
One of our design specialists, Jeremie, went and inspected the home. After the inspection, Jeremie met with Bonnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for her home. She loved everything that Jeremie had shown her in the proposal and was ready to get the project started.
Crew led by Kevin T., started by removing the debris and insulation and did the Mold X Remediation. Next they installed the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

With the wet and musty insulation safely removed and disposed of, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth. Piers can effectively stabilize a settling structure and can even provide jacking points to lift the structure upwards to its original, level position.
