Lee contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the falling insulation and old vapor barrier in the crawlspace at his home in Holly Springs, NC.
Our design specialist Justin P., went to the home and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Justin spoke with Lee on what he proposed would best help make his home a safe and healthy environment. Without hesitation Lee was on board and ready to move forward and get the project completed.
The SEFR crew led by EJ, started by removing any debris and falling insulation. Next, they sealed the vents and installed 10 mil Cleanspace Liner, EZ Flow, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Batting Insulation, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet .

Mr. Gay called Southeast to inquire about having his stand up crawl space encapsulated so that he would be able to use the space as extra storage. Our home inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Gay to go over the crawl space and found that Mr. Gay would benefit from our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
