A homeowner contacted our office with concerns about sagging floors. Upon inspection, we discovered moisture issues that had weakened the joists, compromising their structural integrity. To address the problem, we sistered the joists, reinforcing them to restore stability and ensure long-term support.
Kathy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerning standing water and high moisture levels under her home after a termite inspection. Our owner Chris Hunter met with Kathy to go over the best solution for the standing water under her home. It was found that our CleanSpace Encapsulation System would benefit the crawl space and get the water from the crawl space area. SEFR crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, EZ Flow, SuperSump with a battery backup and a SaniDry CX to keep the water at bay. Kathy is happy the the outstanding results that her CleanSpace Encapsulation System did for her crawl space.
Gary called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the concrete front porch had started to sink. Our crew was able to to level the concrete porch by using the PolyLevel Injection System. The PolyLevel combines with already- proven technique of concrete lifting with a specially- engineered two- partexpanding foam that makes it possible to permanently restore the concrete porch with little downtime and disruption.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced the old crawl space door with a PVC custom made door in Sneads Ferry, NC. The customer had the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed along with removing and replacing the old crawl space door to protect the crawl space from the elements and rodents from entering under the home.
