Installing ThermalDry Basement Floor System in Fayetteville, NC

Chris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair interested in brightening up a spooky small basement at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

Our crew installed the ThermalDry Basement Flooring within this small basement. The benefits are fantastic with the ThermalDry Carpeting Tiles. The unique floor tiles are designed to hold up during flooding, including the types that happen during groundwater flooding or plumbing failure. The other benefits are that they are fast and easy to install, stain resistant, a plastic base material that will not support mold and mildew growth, they will not warp, bow or delaminate like wood products, and they come in a variety of colors and styles including subfloor tiles, carpeting, and vinyl- faced tiles.

Chris is thrilled with the look, style, and affordability of the ThermalDry Basement Flooring that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair installed.

Installing Push Piers in Fayetteville, NC

Ben contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of the cracks on the exterior of his home in Fayetteville, NC.

Patrick one of our design specialists, went and inspected the home. After the inspection, Patrick met with Ben to go over what he proposed which would be to place push piers under the foundation. Ben couldn't wait to get the project started because he is planning on selling the home.

Our crew led by Kevin H., first started by digging the holes for each push pier in the designated spots. Next, they placed each Push Pier and stabilized them under the foundation.

Ben was pleased with the work SEFR did to help make the selling of his home a success.

Preventing Basement Water Damage in Fayetteville, NC

We installed a partial WaterGuard system with a SuperSump pump system in the customer's basement to eliminate water issues. The WaterGuard system is a sub-floor drainage channel that captures water seepage from the walls and floor, directing it to the SuperSump pump. The SuperSump pump then efficiently pumps the water out of the basement, preventing flooding and moisture buildup.
