Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Roby contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the basement of his home would often flood during heavy rain. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Roby to go over the basement of his home in Highfalls, NC. We installed the basement waterproofing system WaterGuard to protect the perimeter of the basement from water entering the basement from the walls and where the walls meets the floor and the CleanSpace Liner on the walls. Roby is thrilled with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did, his basement has not flooded since having the system installed.

This basement has a problem with water entering the basement anytime it rained. Alex contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair on the best solution to stop the water from entering. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with Alex to go over how our WaterGuard System stops the water from entering the home. The home is no water free.

Caroline contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair on behalf of her church. The church had been built in the 1960's and had a basement that they want to utilize. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Caroline to go over the basement of the church. Graham found that the basement had water that entered the crawl space from the walls and that the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard System. Caroline and the Church are thankful for the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for their hard work in fixing the basement of the church.

Jesse contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our ad's in the paper. Jesse was experiencing water coming into his basement when it rained. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Jesse and found that the basement would benefit from our WaterGuard System along with a TrenchDrain to catch and remove any water that tired to enter the home. Jesse and his wife are happy with the results that the WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are doing to keep their basement dry.

Sonia was experiencing water coming into her basement from the outer walls of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the home with our WaterGuard System.
