Removing Falling Insulation and Installing CleanSpace Encapsulation in Havelock, NC
Challenge
A homeowner in Havelock called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing a flyer in their local newspaper. He said that they have moisture issues in their crawl space and that the insulation is falling and that they would like to have someone to come out and look at the home to see what could be done to fix the moisture issue.
Solution
We had one of their home inspectors to go meet with this gentleman to see what could be done about the high moister content under the home. The home inspector suggested our CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space to combat the moisture issue under the home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair encapsulated the home with 20 Mil Clean Space Liner along with our Drainage Matting, sealed the crawl space vents, added SilverGlow Wall Insulation to the walls and added a SaniDry CX Dehumidification System and a Sump Pump to pump out any water in the crawl space. This homeowner is happy to have a dry crawl space!
