Our Overall Service
Although this took a few years to resolve, I can say the final product exceeded my expectations. The new company employees should be proud of the work they are doing.
Call Representative
At one point I spoke to Lee. She got the ball rolling and didn't waste any time. She was very professional and did a great job.
Our Service Person
I cannot say enough good things about Austin. An amazing young man. My wife said he was an angel with hidden wings.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
I was skeptical at first because this was the fourth diagnosis, and they were all different. Austin said he would make it right, even if his assessment ended up being wrong. So far, we haven't had any problems. We're very happy with the job he and his crew did.
Our Service Work
I was relieved to see the same guy that did the final diagnosis come out and actually perform the work. I think that's why we had so many problems to begin with, because Jeremie did the diagnosis but left us hanging when it was wrong. Seeing Austin here to diagnose and do the install increased our chances it would be correct. He even showed us how the cracks were coming together as they jacked everything up.
The Cleanup Process
When the crew left, I couldn't even tell they had been there. They even turned out the light in the crawlspace.
