This beach house in Oak Island, NC was experiencing high moisture levels. Without CleanSpace System we where able to bring the moisture level down to a healthy level to prevent mold and mildew from thriving under this home.

We where able to help Corkey by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space to seal off the home from moisture entering and causing problems usually caused by moisture issues like falling insulation, mold and musty smells.

Patrick found that the crawl space had a chronic moisture problem since the home sat near the ocean at Oak Island, NC and that the best solution would be to seal the crawl space from the earth's ground. 

Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to prevent problems associated with moisture such as mold and mildew.
