Mr and Mrs. F called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting help with their basement due to water coming in though the walls. They wanted to use the space as extra storage. Our inspector recommended 3 Smart Jacks XL and 2 super sumps. Now they have a usable Basement for all their extra storage needs.

Herb contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of possible pier settlement in the crawl space as he was having sagging floors and crack above the door ways of the home. By installing the SmartJack System we are able to lift and stabilize the piers in the crawl space of the home.

By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity and get rid of any moisture in the crawl space of the home. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Glenn met with Yanet to go over what he found and proposed which would be to encapsulate the crawlspace. Yanet liked everything that Glenn proposed and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with debris and insulation removal. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. By installing this system it will help keep the crawlspace dry and clean.
