Dennis contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues within the crawl space of the home along with wanting new insulation installed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin E. met with Dennis to go over the crawl space of the home in Hope Mills, NC. Justin found that most of the issues that Dennis was experiencing was due to water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We also removed the old insulation and installing the SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the foundation walls. Dennis is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream.
Bryan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns that his foundation may have sunken, sticking doors and unlevel floors in Hope Mills, NC.
We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick, to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, he found high moisture readings and what was causing the uneven floors. Patrick proposed to encapsulate the crawl space and to use smart jacks to stable the floors.
Our crew led by Ronald, first installed the Smart Jack System. Then they finished by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
Bryan was pleased with the work that SEFR did to help Protect his American Dream.
Our CleanSpace liner was installed throughout this customers crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping through the walls and dirt floor. This ensure a clean, dry, and healthy space!
CleanSpace drainage matting prevents water from pooling in a crawl space by creating a raised surface that allows water to flow freely underneath, directing it towards a sump pump or drainage system.
As a result of moisture damage in the crawl space, the floor above was sagging. We installed our SmartJack Support System to lift the sagging floors back to their original level position.
