The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation Liner is a super durable 20 mil thick, 7- layer polyethylene composition with polyester cord reinforcement. Our crew led by Jose H., first started with the Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they removed the debris and insulation. Last they sealed the vents, installed CleanSpace 20 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and a Custom Built Door.

As a result of high moisture levels in this crawl space, the floor above is uneven and the fireplace is sloping. Installing SmartJack Support Posts in the crawl space was the most effective way to stabilize and lift the floor to a level position.
