Bryan had a high moisture issues and nasty crawl space in his home in Parkton, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to remedy the issue by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space from the outside earth, and installing a dehumidifier and sump sump we are able to protect the crawl space from high moisture levels and humidity.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.

This customers crawl space door was getting old and dingy. This customer opted to for Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to come in and install at Turtl as a new access point into her crawl space. Doesn't it just look amazing!

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System which seals the crawl space from the earth's ground. Along with installing the liner that seals the crawl space, we also added a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry  Additionally, we also installed a Smart Sump Pump System to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced an old ugly door in exchange for a Turtl in Hope Mills, NC. The Turtl makes it easier to access the crawl space.
