To level and stabilize this customer's uneven concrete slab around their pool, PolyLevel Foam was injected.
When a homeowner from Bladenboro noticed alarming cracks on their home's brick exterior, they turned to us for help. As evident in these photos, our solution involved expertly installing Helical Piers to address the foundation issues causing the cracks. This not only provided a reliable fix to stabilize their home but also ensures a long-lasting solution to prevent future problems.
Water is diverted away from the foundation using a downspout and LawnScape Outlet by directing rainwater from the roof through the downspout, which then channels it to the LawnScape Outlet. The LawnScape Outlet, typically placed at the end of the downspout, allows water to flow away from the foundation, preventing water accumulation and potential damage.
Water affected the foundation by causing soil erosion and instability, leading to settlement. Excessive water can wash away soil beneath the foundation, creating voids and causing the foundation to sink or settle unevenly. Helical piers were installed to stabilize and support the foundation by transferring the structure's weight to more stable soil layers below.
