A Wade, NC resident reached out to our office concerned about their foundation. After inspecting the property, we found that the foundation was sinking, which had caused noticeable cracks on the exterior. To address the issue, we installed our helical pier system. The concrete slab has sunken about 2 inches. With the help of the poly level concrete leveling system, our team was able to raise the concrete about am 1.5 inches without damage.
