This Salemburg, NC customer needed their crawl space encapsulated to keep odors and moisture from saturating the rest of their home.

The driveway of Jose home had started to sink causing flooding on the walkway of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jose with his driveway sinking issue by installing the PolyLevel Injection System. By lifting the driveway back level we are able to elevate the flooding issues that Jose was experiencing. This customer had our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed while in the process they also had SEFR replace their crawl space door with a custom built door that only Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair has. Our customers just LOVE our custom crawl space doors.
