Getting Rid of Mold and Mildew with CleanSpace in McColl, SC

Challenge

Charles contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after living in their home from 11 years. They had noticed mold growth along the floor joist of the crawl space and knew that he had a moisture problem.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector RJ Bailey met with Charles and his wife to go over the crawl space of the home. RJ found that Charles problem was stemming from water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground and that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to get rid of the moisture in the crawl space by sealing it out and adding a dehumidifier to get rid of the moisture in the air. We also sprayed the Mold-X2 on the wood of the crawl space to get rid of any mold growth in the crawl space. Charles and his wife are thrilled with the outcome Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.
